Must be punctual, reliable, responsible, customer service oriented and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic math skills required

Must be;
-able to work well with a team in a fast paced kitchen.
-prioritize orders based on kitchen display and coordinate with different kitchen stations to complete orders
-keep a clean, organized and sanitary work station
-posses basic knife skills
-follow recipes and procedures to prepare menu and prep items
-be able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

-Following Protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent restaurant operations
-Employee Hiring, Training, and Oversight
-Ensuring Quality Control Standards are being met
-Maximizing Guest Experiences
-Ensuring Proper Cash Handling Procedures
-Analysis and Oversight of Controllable Metrics such as Food and Labor Costs to maximize revenue and profitability
